Kiran S, Subin Sebastian, Binoy Wilfred, Roshmi Augustine and Meera Raju (2011 batch) of Computer Science and Engineering department achieved the opportunity to represent VISAT at the finals of National Robotics Championship, Robocryst 2014 held at IIT Delhi.

Bony Augustine, Amal Monse, Akhil Lakshmanan and Akash Joseph, 2017-2021 batch of ECE Department won the Best Popular Project Award in the competition held at Saintgits College of Engineering.

FIRST PLACE IN KTU PROJECT COMPETITION and ACQUIRED PATENT
Thomas Joseph, Vivek K Vinod, Jithin, Premshankar and Vineeth, 2015 batch of Mechanical Engineering secured first place in KTU project competition and acquired patent for their invention, the Nutmeg Desheller Machine.

05 STATE LEVEL GOLD MEDALS
Won by extremely talented S. Sajithkumar, 2015 batch student of the Civil Engineering Department. He won the state championship in Alappuzha State Rifle Association Safety Championship. He acquired one silver and two bronze medals at the national level in 2017, one silver and two bronze medals at the state level in 2018 and five gold medals at the state level in 2019.

Acknowledging the extraordinary efforts towards engineering education, VISAT Engineering College was awarded the Sir CV Raman Excellence award by Overseas Resident Malayalees Association (ORMA) International Philadelphia, USA. The award was handed over to the College by the Honourable Minister for Water Resources, Govt of Kerala, Sri. Roshy Augustine in the presence of Sri. George Nadavayal, President ORMA International and Prof Dr. George Abraham ORMA international director board.
